Below is a letter of feedback from a happy Bride & Groom who had Andrew Banks (Barrett & Coe Essex) take their wedding photography.

"I am writing to inform you of the outstanding service we received from one of your photographers Andrew Banks.
We booked Andrew for our wedding 16 months in advance as he had previously taken photos for other family members and these too were of very high quality.
I feel that you should be aware that the service and quality we received from Andrew was Amazing.

To give you a bit of background my father had been very sick for 10 months before our wedding. This as you can appreciate was a big stress on the whole family. Andrew went out of his way to help me feel at ease about the photograhy process and spent time listening to what we wanted to get out of the day.
I gave Andrew a few must have criteria, first and foremost to capture as much of my dad as possible. Due to my fathers medical issuees the use of flash was to be used with caution around him. This did not faze Andrew in the slightest. He reassured me that he could work around this issue, explaining the different ways he could take photos.

The day itself was made extra special because Andrew and his kind, caring relaxed nature was there to capture every moment of the day. There were times when he would do things that really were meant for others to do but nothing was too much to ask.

Andrew manner towards different members of the wedding party was first class, he was able to encourage people to join in, make us laugh, think up amazing photos and poses that would give us a variety of pictures.

Andrews attention to detail and his dedication to his work were clear for all to see during the wedding day. There were often times where I would change the order of what should be done as my father was getting tired and Andrew was flexible and supportive with this throughout the many hours he spent with us.

We received our proof photos from Andrew, I was absolutely lost for words, there were a few tears too! The quality, emotion, laughter and every other bit of the day was captured over and beyond what I could ever wished for. The coverage of my dad is something I will always thank Andrew for as the photos that he took were outstanding. They are memories that I will cherish forever.

I feel very strongly that people like Andrew should be recognised for their hard work, dedication, attention to detail, outstanding people skills and amazing quality photography.

You may feel that its all part and parcel of the job, however when you are working with people on their special day in a situation like mine where it was not straight forward. A photographer like Andrew really helped to make the day so wonderful I feel this is way more than providing a service.
